Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • There are no stairs to enter the home; just a mildly sloped path from the gravel parking pad.

Policies and Rules

  • This property is not pet friendly. Do not bring pets into this home.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (7 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. This person must sign the agreement and be present for the reservation.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Gravel parking pad available. There are no stairs to enter the home; just a mildly sloped path from the parking area.
  • Free parking is available on site.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Lower level has a lower height for the ceiling, and it is not centrally heated. There is a fan heater provided for added comfort.
  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • Clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, and high-speed internet available.
  • We do not provide hair dryers.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March for snow and ice, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
